	Wedding at Belmont

The success of your Wedding Day requires careful planning and many hours of discussion and deliberation.

Inevitably you will be spending hours debating the merits of one location over the other, and decisions are, more than often, made because of the location and setting of the Reception venue.

Conveniently located just outside Hereford, Belmont Lodge & Golf offers some of the best views in the area. A combination of open fields to one side, the beautiful River Wye on the other and the spectacular views over the rolling contours of the Golf Course to the Brecon Beacons all add up to make this the ideal setting for
your special day.

Marquee

Through our varied list of preferred suppliers we are able to provide the ideal Wedding Marquee with a selection
of different coloured drapes and swags to fit in with the colour scheme that you choose for the day.

Our marquees are fitted with carpeted floors, satellite bar and wooden dance floor.

Catering and Bar

With years of experience, our professional catering staff are available to advise on the various
Food and Beverage packages available at Belmont.

Whether your preference is a formal Silver Service Menu, a De Luxe Self Service Carvery Buffet, or a
Multi Course Set Menu, Belmont has the ideal package for you. A full range of sample menus are
available for your information and whilst these menus are a guide, we take great pride in our flexibility
regarding choice of meal, and would happily offer alternatives to suit the requirements of you and
your guests.

Full Bar facilities are available in our Marquee and we are happy to advise on other beverage requirements.
Drinks packages to include welcome drinks, Pimms or Bucks Fizz, and a varied selection of wines are
available upon request and at prices to suit your budget.

Entertainment and Services

Car hire, Flowers, Live Bands, Discos and Fireworks to name but a few can all be arranged by Belmont.

The 3 star Lodge is situated opposite Belmont House where we have 30 en-suite rooms including twin and
superior rooms. Each room has a splendid view overlooking the Golf Course and some rooms having
views over the River Wye.

Smaller Wedding Receptions

The Wyatt Room is situated in Belmont House and is ideal for smaller Wedding receptions, which can cater for a maximum of 30 seated guests comfortably.

	14th Green & River

The Golf Course's parkland setting, the River Wye, the wealth of lovely mature trees together with some more recent plantations are not only a delight to view but also ensure an interesting yet fair challenge. Whatever your standard of golf you will enjoy the natural contours of the fairways and picture postcard scenery. The changing rooms, bar and restaurant are located in Belmont House, an 18th century Grade II* listed building.

Why not make the most of your visit and stay at the Belmont Lodge which is located behind the 18th green. Just a short walk from the Bar and Restaurant in the House, the Lodge offers comfortable modern accommodation in twin or double/family rooms, making it the perfect base for exploring Herefordshire, whether for a golfing break or business stay.
